摘要
以丙烯酰胺为主组份,复合无机盐为防火隔热剂,自制交联剂,制备透明防火凝胶体。通过单因子对比试验选择各原料试剂的适宜范围,以正交试验法优化配比,得出了最佳配比:丙烯酰胺20 g,交联剂0.15 g,KAl(SO4)2 16 g,MgCl2.6H2O6.5 g和少量引发剂。经测试,防火凝胶体各项性能指标为:透光率94%;耐辐射性能8.3%;防火玻璃总厚度20 mm,着火面在1100℃以上的高温下持续70 min以上,背火面温度仍能保持在140℃以下,各项指标达到或优于GB15763.1—2001要求。
High efficiency thin type fireproof gel was prepared using acrylamide as main material, compound abio-sah as reagent for fireproofing and heat insulation and self made cross linking agent. Choosing the proper range of each raw material reagent by one-gene contrast experiments, to optimize the proportioning by orthogonal experiment and get the aptimal proportion conditions as follow: acrylamide 20g, cross linking agent 0.15 g, KAl (SO4)2 16 g,MgCl2·6H2O 6.5 g and small amount of initiating agent.The performance index of fireproof gel by test are as follows: transmittance 94%, radiation tolerance 8.3%, the ply of fireproof glass 20 mm, when high temperature of one surface above 1100 ℃ and standing for more than 70 min, the temperature at other surface still keeps below 140 ℃. Every index reaches or excels the requirement of GB 15763.1-2001.
