Structure Analysis and Optimization Design of Base Structure Based on FEA

借助有限元分析软件Pro/MECHANICA,对创建的底座模型进行静力学分析和动力学的模态分析。通过将模型中4个关键尺寸设成变量,分析当它们变化时相关模型参数——模型总质量、最大位移和第一模态固有频率的变化敏感性,并对其进行优化分析,计算模型的最佳结构尺寸。

This paper makes a static structure analysis and a dynamics modal analysis on a base structure through FEA software Pro/MECHANICA.Sensitivity analysis of total mass,max displacement,and modal frequency are carried out by setting four key dimension variables.At the end of this paper,an optimal analysis is carried out to calculate the exact dimension of the model.
