儿童糖尿病健康教育效果分析

The Analysis of Health Education Effect in Children Diabetic Patients

目的:进行儿童糖尿病健康教育,以提高儿童糖尿病治疗效果。方法:通过小授课、发放健康教育小手册、宣传栏及个别交谈方式对52例糖尿病患儿及家长进行健康教育住院宣教,通过电话、邮件、信件方式进行出院指导。内容包括胰岛素运用、饮食控制、运动疗法、皮肤护理及糖尿病监控。对教育前,教育后1个月、6个月以上几方面进行效果比较。结果:健康教育前后糖尿病患儿在正确运用胰岛素、饮食控制、加强运动、皮肤感染发生率、血糖监测方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强儿童糖尿病健康教育,使糖尿病得到科学的治疗和管理,有利于糖尿病患儿健康发育,达到理想的治疗效果。

Objective To improve the therapeutic effect by health education in children diabetes patients, Methods Health education on insulin taking.diet control ,exercise therapy ,skin care. and diabetes monitoring was given to 52 children diabetes inpatients and their parents in forms of instructions ,pamphlets.propagate board and individual talking , and to the outpatients the education was given by telephone call. e - mail and letters . Patients were assessed before health education, one month and six months after education. Results Significant differences were found in patients before and after health education on correct insulin taking.diet control.exercise.incidence rate of skin infection and blood sugar monitoring（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion By improving health education children diabetes patients received scientific therapy and management, the satisfied health development of the patients and therapeutic effect were achieved.
