Report and Monitoring of Acyclovir Showed Out Significance of Pharmacovigilance

目的:探讨我国药品不良反应监测中存在的问题和发展方向。方法:查阅国内、外文献以及我国和世界卫生组织药品不良反应监测中心数据库,分析《ADR信息通报》发布的阿昔洛韦安全性监测情况及不合理用药现状。结果:除阿昔洛韦本身的药动学因素外,不合理用药是导致我国阿昔洛韦严重不良事件高发的重要原因。结论:欲及时监测和评估不合理用药,功能单一的ADR报告监测体系已不能满足现实需要,加强药物警戒势在必行。

OBJECTIVE： To explore the problems and development directions of our adverse drug reaction monitoring. METHODS：Through the research of domestic and overseas literatures,WHO and national ADR database to analyse the causes of the bulletin of acyclovir and current situation of unreasonable drug use.RESULTS：Unreasonable drug use is the main cause of sirous adverse drug event, except from pharmacokinetics.CONCLUSION： To monitor and evaluate unreasonable drug use, single functional ADR report and monitoring system can＇t meet the demand, to strengthen pharmacovigilance is imperative und- er the situation.
