我院2004年6月～2006年6月抗骨质疏松药利用分析

Use of Anti-osteoporotics in Our Hospital Between June 2004 and June 2006

目的：了解我院抗骨质疏松药的利用情况及应用趋势。方法：对我院2004年6月～2006年6月抗骨质疏松药销售金额、用药频度及日均费用等进行回顾性分析。结果：我院抗骨质疏松药中中成药仙灵骨葆和阿法骨化醇（阿法迪三）用药频度最高，双膦酸盐类增长迅速；日均费用以鲑降钙素（密盖息）最高。结论：以仙灵骨葆为主的中成药、骨吸收抑制剂及双膦酸盐在骨质疏松的治疗应用中呈上升趋势。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the use and its tendency of anti- osteoporotics in our hospital.METHODS： The anti- osteoporotics used in Longhua hospital between June, 2004 and June, 2006 was analyzed in respect to consumption sum, DDDs and average daily expense etc.RESULTS： Xianlinggubao（a Chinese patent medicine） and alfacalcidol topped the list of anti -osteoporotics in terms of DDDs; the consumption of diphosphonates increased rapidly; miacalcic is the highest in average daily expense.CONCLUSION： The consumptions of Chinese patent medicine predominantly the Xianlinggubao, bone reabsorption inhibitors and diphosphonates showed an increasing tendency in the treatment of osteoporosis.
