摘要
在现代企业管理中,我们应发掘中国传统优秀文化中老子《道德经》的大成管理智慧与和谐思想,一方面要求"道法自然"、"无为而治",遵循企业管理的内部客观规律,对企业实行人本管理,顺应自然,顺应民意民心,顺应企业发展规律,从"无为"到有为;另一方面要求领导者把握"四自"和"七善"的为政德操艺术,加强自身道德修养的建设。
In modern coporate management, we should, on the one hand, follow Laozi's harmonious thoughts contained in Dao De Jing, such as observing the natural law, governing by nonaction, and adhere to the internal law of the management of enterprise. Enterprise management should be shifted to humanist management and adapt to nature, to worker's will and to the development law of enterprise. On the other hand, the management should practise self-discipline and grasp the managerial art as well as improve their moral standard.
