On Employment Frustration and Psychological Adjustment of Graduates from Technical & Vocational Colleges

高职毕业生的就业问题十分严峻,给毕业生带来了很大的思想和心理压力,就业过程中遇到的挫折使部分高职毕业生产生了严重的心理问题,从而影响其顺利就业。通过分析高职毕业生因挫折而产生常见的一些就业心理问题,提出心理调适的方法。对高职毕业生应进行合理引导,使他们客观地认识社会、认识自己,及时调整自己的就业期待,把握好就业机会,以良好的心态顺利就业。

The employment problem of graduates from technical ＆ vocational colleges is severe, which brings heavy stress to the graduates, and then produces a negative impact to their successful employments. The paper promotes the way on how to adjust them psychologically by analyzing those employment problems. We should guide the graduates to understand society and themselves objectively. In this case, they could adjust themselves in time in order to catch the opportunity of employment successfully.
