摘要
目的:探讨神经电生理检测对腕管综合征的诊断价值。方法:对91例(131侧)腕管综合征患者作神经传导速度(NCV)和肌电图检测分析,并与正常值对比。结果:131侧正中神经中6侧运动神经动作电位、7侧感觉神经动作电位消失;95侧正中神经运动传导速度腕部潜伏期(DML)延长;114侧正中神经感觉传导速度减慢、波幅降低。47块拇短展肌见有失神经电位。其中,拇指~腕段感觉神经传导速度减慢是最敏感的指标。结论:神经电生理检查在腕管综合征诊断中有重要意义。
Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of electrophysiological deteetion to median never in carpal tunnel syndrome. Methods: NCV and EMG detection were performed in 91 patients with CTS,and the results were compared with normal control group. Results: 6 sides motor conduction velocity and 7 sides sensory velocity of 131 sides were not educed. 95 sides MCV and 114 sides SCV were reduced. Increased amplitude and broadened time limits were recorded in 47 pieces muscles. The finger to wrist SCV was the most sensitive parameter. Conclusion: Electrophysiological detection plays an important role in the diagnosis of CTS.
