炎痛克贴剂对抗实验性大鼠输卵管炎症作用的药效学研究

The Pharmacodynamic Study on the Opponens Action of Yantongke (YTK)Picking on the Salpingitic of the Experimental Rats

目的:探讨炎痛克贴剂的作用:(1)抗炎作用;(2)对实验性大鼠输卵管炎症阻塞的对抗作用及对血液流变学的影响。方法:以大鼠棉球肉芽肿试验观察炎痛克贴剂的抗炎作用;以苯酚糊剂造实验性大鼠输卵管炎性阻塞模型,观察炎痛克贴剂的对抗作用及对血液流变学的影响。结果:该药有明显的抗炎作用P<0.01;对炎性阻塞模型能明显减轻病变,并使血液流变学指标得到改善。结论:上述结果提示该药能很好的通过透皮吸收对抗妇科及腹部炎症,为开发为新药提供了药理学依据。

Objective： The action of YTKis disscused ： （ 1 ） antiinflammation action ; （ 2 ） the opponens action on the salpingitic block of the experimental rats and the effect on hemorheology. Methods ： The action of antiintlammation of YTK was observed through granulomas of rats caused by cotton; made the model of the salpingitie block of rats caused by potassium paste,to observe the opponens action of YTK and the effect on hemorheology. Results： This drug has antiinflammation action obviously （P 〈 0.01 ）; deduce the lesion of the salpingitic block model remarkably, and improve the index of hemorheology. Conclusion： Above- mentioned results show this medicine has effective actions to oppose gynecologic and abdomen inflammation through transdermal absorption, offering pharmacology for developing a new drug.
