摘要
通过对羊毛变性产品的试制,探讨了羊毛变性产品生产过程中的有关问题以及如何使羊毛变性产品达到其应有的特点。将8.4tex(70s)羊毛变性处理后纺制仿羊绒花呢,产品具有手感滑糯、舒适有弹性、羊绒感强、呢面光洁、光泽自然柔和等特点。而且羊毛变性技术工艺可行,设备简单,操作方便。
The wool with fineness of 8.4tex was first subjected to modified process and then spun and used for imitation of cashmere fancy suiting, and the product thus obtained has characteristics such as silky hand, comfortable and stretchy, strong cashmere feelings, smooth and glutinous surface, and soft and natural luster. Wool modification technology is ripe and feasible, and needs only simple equipment,and is convenient to operate.
