凉山光叶紫花苕根蘖性状与遗传特性的初步研究

The Research of Character of Liangshan Shining Leaf Purple Flower Vetch Root Shoot and Heritability

经研究揭示出凉山光叶紫花苕具有稳定的根蘖性状，根蘖产生期主要在生长的47—79d；根蘖与株重、一、二级分枝数、根蘸长关系密切，根蘖遗传率（h^2B）为强遗传率，并与相应株重、一、二级分枝数、分枝高度、根颈粗、根蘖长分别的rG、rE和rP为正相关，看出在提纯复壮、保种繁殖中宜采用混合选择，建立遗传相似的不同品系进行选育，是保持根蘖特性和提高相应性状的选育措施。

The research revealed that Liangshan shining leaf purple flower vetch has the character of stable root shoot, the formation period of root shoot is in 47th to 79th day of growth period; and root shoot has close relationship with plant weight, first and second grade branch numbers and root shoot length. The heritability （h2B） of root shoot which is strong has the positive correlation with plant weight, first and second grade branch numbers, branch height, rhizome thickness and root shoot length which is showed from rG, rE and rp. It indicates that mass selection should be adopted in purification and renovation, conservation and breeding. Different lines which have similar heritability should be established for breeding which can keep the character of root shoot and improve its traits.
