大剂量维生素C治疗的颅脑病患者手术前后SOD、MDA的变化

摘要 目的:探讨大剂量维生素C治疗颅脑病患者手术前后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的变化。方法:随机将43例要进行颅脑手术的患者分成常规治疗组(对照组)及大剂量维生素C治疗组(治疗组),检测2组术前及术后1、3、7d患者血浆中的SOD、MDA含量。结果:对照组MDA含量术后1、3、7d较术前均明显升高(P<001),而治疗组与对照组相比则显著降低(P<001);SOD活性对照组术后1、3、7d逐渐降低,而治疗组则逐渐升高,但手术后与手术前相比,差异不显著(P>005),在术后d7,2组相比,差异显著(P<005)。结论:颅脑术后患者体内脂质过氧化增强,大剂量维生素C治疗可增强机体清除超氧阴离子(O·2)能力,对保护脑细胞膜具有一定作用。SOD、MDA的水平可用于评价颅脑手术疗效。 Objective:To study changes of plasma levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA)before and after surgical treatment in patients with brain disease taken large doses of vitamin C.Methods:MDA and SOD in plasma were determined in 43 patients with brain disease who were divided into two groups:control group(routine treatment group)and treatment group(vitamin C treatment group) before surgery and first,third,seventh day after surgery.Results:After surgery MDA raised obviously in control group.while in treatment group,MDA were significantly lower than that in control group.The activity of SOD raised in treatment group and decreased in control group after surgery.On the seventh day after surgery,the activity of SOD was higher significantly in treatment group than that in control group( P <0 05).Conclusion:Lipid peroxide in patients with brain surgery raised and vitamine C could strengthen the ability of scavenging O · 2,hence protecting brain cells.Therefore,SOD and MDA could be used as valuable indexes to evaluate the therapeutic effect of brain surgery.
