摘要 色素上皮衍生因子(PEDF)是一种内源性的非抑制性丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂,具有神经营养、神经保护、抗血管生成、抗血管渗漏和促进凋亡等生物学活性。研究表明,PEDF可以直接或间接地抑制肿瘤,从而有望成为潜在的抗肿瘤药物。 Pigment epithelial-derived factor (PEDF) is an endogenous non inhibitory serine proteinase inhibitor. PEDF has complex activities such as neurotrophy, neuroprotection, anti-angiogenesis, anti-vasopermeability and promotion of apoptosis. PEDF in recent studies shows promise as a potential anti-tumour agent, causing both direct and indirect tumour suppression.
