Cooperative economy organization is an important form of agricultural marketing in China. Its enlargement plays an important role in its efficiency and benefit. This paper deals with the present study and its result of cooperative organization enlargement at home and abroad and analyzes the scale economic effect and transaction cost of enlargement of cooperative economy organization in our countryside
