不断深化行政改革,转变政府职能,必须适应形势发展的需要,强化服务、法制、诚信等理政观念,切实转变理政方式,建立健全相应的运行机制,建设一个行为规范、公正透明、勤政高效、清正廉洁的政府,建设一个人民群众满意的政府。

It is necessary for us to deepen the reform of the government and transfer the function of the government to adapt itself to the developing situation. We should enhance the governing idea of service, legality and honor, change the management method, establish healthy operation mechanism to build a fair, honest, diligent, pragmatic and efficient government whose behavior is normative and with whom people are satisfied.
