摘要 由于钛铁矿稳定的结构特点,在分析其含量组成时,溶样成为分析方法中较难的一个环节。利用钛铁矿能显著吸收微波的介电特性,用过氧化钠微波辐照下消解矿样,并用滴定法测定其中的钛含量,实验结果表明,该方法能快速分解矿样,测定结果准确,与传统分析方法比较,该法具有简便、快速、低耗、适应大批量样品分析等优点。 In analyzing the contents of titanic iron, decomposition becomes one of the most difficult processes in analyzing methods. Making use of the dielectric property of titanic irong capability of microwave absorption, the experiment, using household microwave oven, employs condensed phosphates acid respectively to decompose core sample in microwave irradiation under atmospheric pressure. The result indicates that both condensed phosphates and condensed phosphates - vitriol mixed acid are capable of a rapid decomposition of core sample in microwave irradiation, while the former takes a little more time. Compared with traditional methods, this one takes on such merits as convenient, rapid, low- consuming, and suitable for analyzing batch samples.
