摘要
采用曝气铁炭微电解法预处理TNT废水,通过实验确定了进水时的铁炭比、水力停留时间、pH值以及反应温度4个影响因素,在最佳条件下,即进水pH=2-3、Fe∶C=1∶1、废水在铁炭微电解柱的停留时间为90 min、出水调节pH为8-9时进行实验,废水中COD、NH3-N、TOC去除率分别达到86%和70%以上,同时可生化性得到提高。
The experiment can define the ratio of iron to carbon, retention time, PH and temperature, by studying the aeration & iron-carbon micro-electrolytic method for pre-treating wastewater TNT. As a result, the best experimental conditions are as follows: pH is 2 to 3 ,the ratio of Fe to C is 1 to 1, the retention time of the wastewater in the iron-carbon micro-electrolysis is 90 minutes, and the effluent pH is ranged from 8 to 11. The removal rates of COD, NH3-N and TOC can reach 86% and 70%, and meanwhile the biodegradability is also improved.
