摘要
针对应急能力评估中专家判断的模糊性,引入模糊层次分析法确定指标权重,并提出自信度改进Delphi法确定重要性矩阵,最后总结出基于模糊层次分析法的应急能力评估的一般步骤。
This paper introduces the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight due to the fuzzy estimate from experts in emergency capacity evaluation. It puts forward the concept of the rate of self-confidence to improve Delphi for determining the weightiness matrix. In the end, it summarizes the general process of emergency capacity evaluation based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.
