摘要
对用超临界CO2从中药材牛蒡子中萃取牛蒡子苷元进行了优化研究。结果表明,压力、温度、CO2流量和提取时间对牛蒡子苷元萃取有较大影响,最佳工艺条件为:压力35 MPa,温度40℃,CO2流量6.0 L/h,提取时间50 min;在上述最佳工艺条件下,无需任何夹带剂,牛蒡子萃取物经简单脱脂处理,即可制得质量分数为99.66%的高纯度牛蒡子苷元,其提取率为0.45%。与传统溶剂柱层析提取方法相比,提取率提高了2.75倍,简单、安全、高效。
Arctigenin was extracted from fruits of Arctium lappa L. by supercritical carbon dioxide. The optimal extraction conditions were:pressure 35 MPa,temperature 40 ℃ ,flow rate of CO2 6. 0 L/h and extraction time 50 rain. Arctigenin of 99.66% purity was obtained by simple degreasing of the extract under the optimal extraction conditions,and the extraction rate was 0.45% which was 2.75 times that obtained by traditional solvent-column method. So the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction was simple, safe and highly efficient.
