摘要
3-三苯基硅基-1-丙烯是一种重要的有机中间体,制备它的方法有多种,最简单的制备方法是将烯丙基溴化镁-乙醚络合物直接与氯代三苯基硅烷反应,但该方法的产率只有10%左右。作者先将制备出来的烯丙基溴化镁-乙醚络合物中的乙醚蒸出,再在65℃向蒸馏残留物中加入四氢呋喃(THF),将制备出来的烯丙基溴化镁-乙醚络合物转化成烯丙基溴化镁-四氢呋喃络合物。然后在室温下向烯丙基溴化镁-四氢呋喃络合物中加入氯代三苯基硅烷的THF溶液,即得到3-三苯基硅基-1-丙烯,产率为95%。
3-Triphenylsilyl-1-propylene is an important intermediate in organic synthesis. There are several methods to prepare this compound and the simplest one is direct reaction of allylmagnesium bromide diethyl ether complex with triphenylsilyl chloride, but the yield is only 10%. In this paper, allylmagnesium bromide diethyl ether complex was converted to allylmagnesium bromide tetrahydrofuran (THF) complex by vaporizing diethyl ether and dropping THF into the residue at 65 ℃. Sequentially, the solution of triphenylsilyl chloride in THF was dropped into the allylmagnesium bromide tetrahydrofuran complex to form 3-triphenylsilyl-1-propylene in 95% yield.
