摘要
以SnCl2.2H2O为催化剂,质量分数为30%的H2O2为氧化剂,催化氧化2-金刚烷酮得到相应的内酯,选择性高达100%,通过柱层析分离产物,并进行NMR表征.考察了溶剂、反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间对催化剂催化活性及产物选择性的影响,简单探讨了该催化氧化体系的反应机理.
2-adamantanone is oxidized by hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by SnCl2·2H2O, affording the corresponding lactone with the selectivity of 100%. The lactone is separated by column chromatography and subjected to NMR analysis. The influence of the solvents, reaction temperature, the amount of catalyst used as well as the reaction time on the catalytic activity and product selectivity are well investigated. The Baeyer-Villiger oxidation mechanism of 2-adamantanone catalyzed by SnCl2·2H2O is simply discussed.
