摘要
在简述中小学体育教师反思性学习内涵的基础上,结合对优秀教师的访谈结果,总结出了"4阶段"反思性学习模式,并就此模式中存在的影响因素从环境和教师自身两个方面进行了分析,进而提出了提高中小学体育教师反思性学习效果的3条对策建议.
On base of the gist of reflection learning, and interviews on excellent P.E. teachers in primary and middle schools, the reflective learning form of 4 stages is put forward. With the background of reform of basic education, this writing analyses the key effective factors in the reflective learning form, from the setting and teacher self two sides, and then 3 suggestions are given so that the P. E. teachers in primary and middle school can raise the results of reflective learning.
