中国粗榧化感作用机理初步研究

摘要 运用室内生物测定方法,对中国粗榧的化感作用进行了初步研究。结果表明,粗榧水提物对小麦种子萌发初期呼吸抑制作用较弱,对其萌发后的呼吸抑制作用显著增加。对小麦根尖压片的观察统计表明,粗榧水提物主要影响了小麦幼苗根尖细胞从分裂间期向分裂前期过渡;随着供试浓度的增大,小麦根尖有丝分裂指数以及相对有丝分裂指数呈下降趋势。粗榧水提物对小麦幼苗根系活力及叶绿素含量的影响作用较小。粗榧水提物可使小麦幼苗根、茎中可溶性蛋白的含量增加,并可降低小麦种子幼芽中核酸的含量。粗榧水提物可使小麦幼苗体内过氧化物酶的活性增强,使小麦幼苗体内α-淀粉酶及总淀粉酶的活力降低。 The allelopathy actions of Cephalotaxus sinensis against wheat seedlings were studied in this paper. The results showed the breath inhibition of water extract from C. sinensis against the germinating wheat seeds was weak, but it was much stronger after the seeds germinated. The extract negatively affected the regular karyokinesis taking place in the meristem tissue of wheat root tips, and the number of dividing cells in the meristem tissue of wheat root tips decreased as the concentration of the extraction solution increased. Effects of the extract on the vigor of wheat roots and the content of chlorophyll were relatively weak. The extract increased the content of soluble proteins in the roots and stems of the wheat seedling, but decreased the content of nucleic acid in the stems of wheat seedling. The extract increased the activity of POD in wheat seedlings, but decreased the activity of α- amylase and total amylase in wheat seedlings.
