摘要 建构和谐校园需要以伦理学的视角审视学校本身的正当性和校园关系的道德性,寻求和谐校园的伦理精神和伦理特质。和谐校园的价值追求应以伦理的视角建设校园,提升学校的伦理品性以及师生之间、教师之间、学生之间关系的人文性;以共享价值观为核心,形成奋发向上的精神力量和团结和睦的精神纽带;以关怀为切入点,营造师生的精神家园。和谐校园的伦理特质应该从公正、团结和尊重三个方面来把握,公正和团结反映了学校作为教育共同体的文化特质,尊重则反映了和谐校园人际关系的文化特质。理想的和谐校园应该是充满个人活力和创新能力的、尊重个人自由和价值的空间。 To construct harmonious campus needs to examine the justness of school itself and the morality of campus relationship from the view of ethnics, and seek the ethic spirit and ethic particularity of harmonious campus. The value pursuit of harmonious campus should construct the campus in the view of ethic, and upgrade the ethic nature of school and humane character of the relationships between teacher and student, teacher and teacher, student and student, so as to form the inspiring spiritual power and harmonious spiritual tache with sharing value as its core, and make campus really become the mental homeland of teacher and student with solicitude as its cut-in point. The ethic particularity of harmonious campus should enter on the three aspects of justness, solidarity and respect, among which justness and solidarity reflect the cultural particularity of school as educational community while respect reflects the cultural particularity of human relations of harmonious campus. The ideal harmonious campus should be a space full of individual vigor and innovative ability, respecting individual freedom and value.
