西部新建地方师范院校办学定位探析

Exploration on School Running Positioning of the Newly Established Local Normal Universities in Western China

我国西部新建地方师范院校资源的整合与发展在具有一定规模的同时,由于缺乏与之相匹配的硬件、软件的支撑和保障,学校办学特色、办学经费等问题凸显。西部新建地方师院的办学须从自身条件出发,在学院发展规划上应准确科学;在学院建设类型上应突出基础教育教师教育特色;在办学层次上应以本科教育为根本,适度发展专科教育,适时发展研究生教育;在人才培养目标上应以市场需求为导向,加强专业与课程建设,着力培养应用型人才。

With the integration and development of the newly established local normal university resources in the western China, the problems of school running characteristics and school running outlay are showing clearly due to the lack of the support and guarantee of suited hardware and software when possessing some certain scale. The school running of the newly established local normal university in the western areas must pay attention to the followings： starting from its own school running conditions, being nicely scientific in the university development planning; giving prominence to basic educational teacher＇s education characteristics in the type of university construction, taking undergraduate education as its root in the school running level, developing vocational education within measure, developing graduate education opportunely oriented by marketing demand, strengthening specialty and curriculum construction and exerting itself to cultivate application talents in the obiective of talent cultivation.
