摘要
本文对提高光学系统照明均匀性问题进行了详细的研究,提出了多种改善照明均匀性的光学系统设计方案,列举了有关应用方面的问题。
This paper presents a detailed investigation on the improvement of the uniformity of optical illumination system. Some design proposal of optical system for improving the uniformity as well as its application have been given.
