论欠发达民族地区教育与经济发展低水平均衡及破解

An Analyses of the Low-level Balance between the Educational and the Economic Development in the Underdeveloped Ethnic Areas

As a result of the history and other reasons,the education and the economy of the underdeveloped ethnic areas are developing at a low level for a long time.Namely,It is under the vicious circle of“undeveloped economy-backward education-the lack of talented person-undeveloped economy”.In order to break through the trap of this low-level balance of the development,we must cause“the education”to become the variable and concurrent fusion.That is,persisting the priority to the development of education,and promoting the functional value of education on the development of the economy and the society.Strongly supporting the priority to the education＇s development in underdeveloped ethnic areas,bringing up enough human resources and impeling the educational and the economic development to achieve a higher level statement are the important contents of planning the western development.It is the best choice to improve the mechanism of“the hemopoiesis”on the development of underdeveloped ethnic areas and accords with the basic requirements for the scientific concept of development to balance the interregional coordinated development.
