摘要
本文提出8米级大型镜面采用双频激光干涉仪系统检验,1.5米级高次非球面用光栅测量系统,细磨表面用滚动触头,精抛表面用喷气触头检验,对精抛面也可用计算机全息干涉法检验,测后数据经计算机处理后,画出立体误差面形与等高线图,便于加工者直观地根据镜面误差进行加工修正。
This paper suggests that the 8-meter mirror be tested by double frequence laser interferometer instrument, 1.5-meter schmidt corrector be tested by grating measurement system, grinding surface be tested by rolling head, polishing surface be tested by air-jet head or computer holographic interferometry. Cubic surface error and equiheight line figur are drawed by computer, in order to further correct.
