二氧化钛溶胶体系光催化降解甲基橙研究 被引量:2

A Study of Methyl Orange Photodegradation in TiO_2 sol System

摘要 以无机钛源为原料,通过共沉淀-解胶法制备了Ce4+-TiO2,Nd3+-TiO2、La3+-TiO2溶胶及纯溶胶光催化剂.利用XRD表征所制溶胶均为锐钛矿溶胶,利用8W-黑光灯(UVA)作为光源,以甲基橙为目标降解物,研究了前驱物及稀土掺杂对溶胶光催化降解效果的影响,研究发现:以不同原料所制溶胶的降解效率高低依次为H2TiO3>TiCl4>TiOSO4>Ti(SO4)2;以偏钛酸为原料的稀土掺杂溶胶均表现较高的降解效果,其中1%Ce4+掺杂80分钟降解率达到了98.99%. A series of TiO2 sol catalysis was prepared by coprecipition - peptization method. The results of XRD analysis showed that TiO2 sols have the anatase crystalline structure, which was prepared at 65 ℃. An 8 - W UVA lamp was used as light irradiation, The photocatalytic efficiency was studied by investigating the photodegradation of methyl orange.The experimental results verified that the efficiency of different material devoluted H2 TiO3 〉 TICl4 〉 TiOSO4 〉 Ti (SO4)2 .The efficiency of 1% Ce^4+ - TiO2 sol achieved 98.99% after 80 minute.
