摘要
本文论述了压电陶瓷振动传感器检测磨机负荷率的工作原理、结构及方法，并介绍用单片机制成的智能型检测装置。
This paper briefly gives an introductary remarks of the methods of piezoelectric ceramics vibration sensor for testing load of ball mill in principles,features and designs.The interface circut between single chip microcomputer and the sensor is implemented.Through testing, the device could be used.
