摘要
本文详细讨论了光学薄膜最优化设计的三种优化方法,即阻尼最小二乘法、单纯形法和统计试验法。这些优化设计程序已在MICRO VAX/Ⅱ计算机上建立。在本文的最后部分给出了优化设计的实例。
This paper discusses three methods of optical film optimum design in detail. They are the damping minimum square method, the simplex method and statistical method. The programs based on these methods have been passed on the VAX/Ⅱ computer some optimization examples of those methods are given in the final part of this paper.
