聚二甲基硅氧烷杂化材料的制备与性能研究

Study on Preparation and Characteristic of Poly （dimethyslioxane） Hybrid Materials

采用草酸作为干燥控制化学添加剂（DCCA），通过溶胶-凝胶（Sol-Gel）法制得了两相间以共价键结合的透明块状PDMS／TiO2及PDMS／SiO2有机无机杂化材料。通过FTIR、TG、DSC、UV—VIS等方法对材料进行了分析和测试。结果表明，此杂化材料中没有相分离，且具有良好的透光性和热稳定性。

The Poly（dimethyslioxane） hybrid materials have been successfully prepared with the drying control chemical additives oxalic acidvia Sol-Gel process. The materials were analysed and tested through IR , UV-VIS , TG and DSC , etc. The result indicated that no phase separation was observed in this material and the materials has excellent optical transparency and thermal stability.
