通过对大连石化公司5万、7万吨／年聚丙烯装置造粒过程的流程分析和现场检测，分析了聚丙烯颗粒产生碎屑的原因、部位，碎屑存在的危险性，提出了目前的控制措施和今后的改进措施。

after analyze the pelleting technics flow and do some spot check and measure in the Dalian petrochemical 50,000 tons per year and 70,000 tons per year polypropylene plants,we analyze the causation and position of the polypropylene chipping, we also study the fatalness of the polypropylene chipping, presenting the control measure at the present time and amelioration measure for the future.
