ZL107合金成分的优化设计与性能研究

摘要 在普通ZL107合金中添加0.15%Mg、0.15%Ti、0.15%Cd和1.0%Zn并通过适当热处理后合金的综合力学性能得到显著改善。实验结果表明,舍金成分经优化设计后,力学性能指标为:抗拉强度达361MPa,伸长率达3.65%。采用的515℃固溶处理加150℃时效处理,可使合金的组织细化,得到较好的强韧性配合。在合金中添加0.5%Ag可显著提高伸长率。 The mechanical properties of ZL107 alloy can be markedly improved by the alloy elements of 0. 15%Mg,0. 15%Ti,0. 15% Cd and 1.0%Zn and appropriate heat treatment. Results show that the tensile strength and the rate of elongation are 361Mpa and 3.65% respectively. The fine rnicrostructure, good strength and toughness can be obtained by the process of 515℃ solute treatment and 150℃ aging. It also shows that the rate of elongation of the alloy has a great increase by adding 0. 15%Ag.
