提出系统必有结构，结构决定功能，结构影响着系统的行为。介绍了奶牛养殖系统结构分析的诊断模型，并结合试例分析提出了发展对策。

This article states that a system must have a structure,and the structure decides the function of the system and influences the behavior of it.This article also introduces a diagnostic model for the structure analysis on cow-raising system and provides a developmental scheme,illustrated by some examples.
