铜对紫云英根细胞毒害研究(Ⅰ)

DAMAGE DONE BY COPPER TO THE ROOT CELLS OF MILKVETCH(Ⅰ)

研究表明，紫云英吸收的铜主要累积在根部，其分布规律是根＞叶＞茎。随着土壤铜浓度增加，根细胞结构变化明显，当投加６０ｍｇｋｇ－１Ｃｕ时。

The research results show that, copper absorbed by Milkvetch accumulates mainly in the root part of Milkvetch, whose distribution law is: root>leaf>stem. As the copper content of the soil increases, the root cell structure changes obviously. When the input of copper content is as high as 60 mg·kg -1 , the root cells of Milkvetch will be damaged seriously.
