摘要
某钢筋混凝土高层框架核心筒结构角部沿竖向设置了跨越3层的内凹阳台,使得局部楼层平面不能形成封闭的外框架边梁,由此对结构的整体侧向刚度造成了一定的削弱。采取对比的方法,分别分析了不设置跨层内凹阳台以及设置跨越不同层数的内凹阳台对结构整体侧向刚度的影响。分析结果表明,工程的跨层内凹阳台并非明显的结构薄弱部位,对结构的整体侧向刚度影响很小,约为3%-4%,实际结构具有良好的整体侧向刚度。同时对《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》的相关条文进行了讨论。
A design project of a concrete frame-eorewall tall building is presented. Due to the required inner balconies with 3- story-height at the two opposite comers on some floors, the related edge beams cannot be connected to the two comer columns which are in a diagonal line. The layout affects the lateral stiffness of the structure. The behavior of the structure is compared with the ordinary frame-eorewall structure which has continuous exterior frame beams; and comparison of behaviors of similar structures, in which inner balconies are with different story heights, is carried out. It is concluded that the lacking of some comer beams of the introduced structure has little influence on its overall behavior. The influence is only about 3 %-4 % , and the seismic behavior of the structure is quite well. The related section of the Technical Specification for Concrete Structures of Tall Building of China is also discussed.
