摘要
顾客导向时代的到来,突显了顾客的重要性。高价值顾客是企业重要的战略资产。本文就顾客资产价值的度量研究和顾客资产管理研究进行了回顾,并指出了目前研究中存在的问题和未来的研究方向。
As the customer-driven era's coming, customers have been given great attention to. The high value customers have become important strategic assets of their corporate. This paper reviews the measurement and the management of customer assets. Some problems in today's research and some direction in future research are also pointed out in this paper.
