摘要
本文对UCP(跟单信用证统一惯例)进行了历史回顾,比较了最新版本的UCP600与UCP500的变化,以及UCP600对相关国际结算规则和结算当事人的影响,给信用证各方当事人提出了一些现实建议,确保UCP600的正常实施。
This paper reviewed the history of the UCP, and compared the different of UCP600 and UCPS00. Analyzes the influences by UCP600 to other rules and every party of involving L/C. , and gives some suggestionsto every party ,so that ensure the effect of UCP600.
