摘要
快乐管理作为一种旨在提高员工幸福感的新的管理模式,积极心理学的发展对其产生了不容忽视的影响与促进。员工在工作时,其积极心理成为一种主导性的心理状态,便能从工作中获得快乐。本文从营造积极的工作环境,培养员工的积极人格,让员工在工作中产生积极的情感体验三个维度,分析了快乐管理如何培育与维持员工的积极心理。
Joy Management. as a new management model aims at improving employees' happiness, is highly affected and promoted by the development of positive psychology. Employee can achieve happiness if positive psychology becomes a dominant psychological status during his working time. This essay analyze how Joy Management educate and sustain employees' positive psychology from three dimentionalities, that is, active working environment construction, employees' positive personality training and active emotional experience during employees' work.
