摘要 电子商务的形式不断创新,由被认为是最具典型意义的B2B商务模式(Ordanini,2005)和实时的网络拍卖机制(Sashi and O′Leary,2002),到派生出的移动电子商务等。电子商务的日益扩张和深入发展,也在不断地更新着人们的消费观念和消费习惯,商业诚信问题更加凸显,与之相联系的风险防范问题成为进一步发展的关键。 The form of e-commerce innovates unceasingly.It derives migration e-commerce etal from typical B2B (Ordanini,2005) and Real-time network auction mechanism (Sashi and O' Leary,2002) .The expansion and the development of e-commerce is renewing people's expense idea and the expense custom unceasingly The commercial good faith is more prominent.As well the risk prevention becomes the key of further develops.
