白菜型油菜(B.campestris L.)双显性核不育896AB的三系利用研究 被引量:5

摘要 以关中油菜自交系S3-18为母本,加拿大白菜型春性油菜品种Tobin为父本进行杂交、回交和自交,在自交2代中发现不育材料37AB。经成对保持、双隐性测交育成双显性核不育系896AB及相应的双隐性临保系125ab等。用双隐性临保系对双显性核不育系保持,可获得全不育系。同时通过测交筛选,育成1948C等10多个恢复系,实现双显性核不育三系配套。培育的杂交种比秦油4号增产12%~30%。 Using self line S 5-18 of Guanzhong rape as female parent and Tobin ( B.campestris L.) of spring rape variety in Canada as male parent after crossing, back crossing and self crossing, sterile material 37AB was found in the second generation of self crossing by test cross of a couple maintainer and double recessive, the double dominant nucleus sterile line 896AB and double recessive temporary maintainer line 125ab were bred. Using double recessive maintainer line to maintain the sterility of double dominant nucleus sterile line, the fully male sterile line was got. At the same time, the 1948 C and other more than 10 restoring lines are bred were developed through test cross screening. The breeding of the three lines of double dominant sterility was achieved, the hybrid produced by the three lines increased seeds yield by 12% ̄30% compared with Qinyou No.4 rape.
