摘要
分析了甘兰型油菜细胞质雄性不育系陕2A与保持系陕2B的酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶特征。结果表明,在芽期、苗期和现蕾期,陕2A各营养器官(芽、叶片、叶柄、茎、茎尖、根)的同工酶谱与陕2B无明显差异;在花期,陕2A的花器(花瓣、花萼、雌蕊)的同工酶谱与陕2B无明显差异。
The peroxidase and esterase isoenzyme patterns of cytoplasmic male line Shaan 2A and fertile line Shaan 2B in Brassica napus L. were studied. The following results were obtained: There were no significant differences in isoenzyme patterns of all vegetative organs such as chit, leaf blade, leaf stalk, stem, stem top and root between Shaan 2A and Shaan 2B at chit stage, seedling stage and bud stage; There were no significant differences in isoenzyme patterns of floral organs such as petal, calyx and pistil between Shaan 2A and Shaan 2B at florescence stage, but distinct differences in bud between two lines were found at this stage.
