摘要
通过对来自CIMMYT基因圃Pool34QPM种质的中群14号C0~C5各轮群体在陕西夏播条件下各性状表现的综合评价指出:中群14号C0~C5各轮群体逐轮光周期敏感性下降,自身生产力提高,高轮群体农艺性状基本同于温带同类杂交种。提出将高轮中群14号改换方法继续改良,或以其作为修饰基因供体与同类软质胚乳杂交,选育硬质、半硬质胚乳Opaque-2玉米温带群体、自交系或直接选系利用。
A comprehensive appraisal of all the traits of the C. Pop 14 C 0 ̄C 5 maize population of summer sowing in Shaanxi province suggested that the higher the selecting transmigration was, the lower the photoperiod sensitivity and the higher the population yield was. The agronomic characters were closely similar to those of crossed varieties in temperate. It is recommended that the high rotating C. Pop 14 QPM need further improvement or cross with the soft endosperm materials to develop hard and semihard endosperm Opaque 2 maize populations or selfing lines for the purpose of selecting an optimal combination of maize with high yield and quality protein.
