摘要
采用氮流动连续分析仪对长期定位试验地土壤脲酶活性进行了分析,结果表明:脲酶总量、动力学参数和热力学参数均证明,施有机肥对土壤脲酶活性特征的影响远大于单施化肥和不施肥土壤,在各处理中脲酶的Vmax、Vmax/Km、k、F0值均最大,Ea。
Soil urease activities in long term fertilizer trials were determined by Flow Continual Nitrogen Analyser(FCNA) made in British. The results showed as follows: Effect of organic fertilizer on soil urease characteristics was far more than that of signal chemical fertilizer and no fertilizer from total amount of urease, urease kinetic and thermodynamic parameters. In all treatments, soil ureases of organic fertilizer had the highest values of V max、 V max/ K m、 k and F 0, but the smallest values of E a、 ΔH and ΔG .
