“WRD-87”脱毒菜籽饼不同水平饲喂蛋鸡效果研究

Effects of Rapeseed Meal Detoxified with “WRD-87” on Laying Hens

研究了“ＷＲＤ－８７”脱毒菜籽饼对蛋鸡生产性能及主要靶器官的影响。结果表明，脱毒菜籽饼分别占日粮８％、１５％、２０％时，蛋鸡的产蛋率、蛋重、料蛋比、蛋品质、甲状腺重、肝重、肾重、肝脂含量均与豆饼型对照日粮组无显著差异。靶器官组织病理学检查结果显示，８％和１５％脱毒菜籽饼组与豆饼型日粮组组织变化相似，２０％脱毒菜籽饼组部分鸡表现较明显的组织损伤。故认为，“ＷＲＤ－８７”脱毒菜籽饼在蛋鸡日粮中的适宜用量为１５％。

Experiments were designed to determine the effects of feeding various amount of rapeseed meal detoxified by “WRD-87” (DRSM) on the production performance and main target organs of laying hens. Resluts indicated that the production rate, weight and quality of eggs, and the rate of diet to eggs as well as the weight of thyroid, liver, kidney and the amount of liver fat in the treatment groups with 8%, 15%, 20% DRSM in the diet were not significantly different from that of the control group.Microscope observation of the target organs showed that there were no histological differences between the treatment groups with 8%, 11% DRSM and the control group, but the organs of some hens in 20% DRSM group were damaged apparently. Therefore, it can be concluded that the optimal amount of DRSM in diet for feeding laying hens is 15%.
