摘要
试验选用甲壳素作低度白洒除浊剂,并与活性炭、淀粉除浊剂进行比较。结果表明,甲壳素具有总酸总酯保持率高、操作简便及生产成本低等优点;甲壳素的用量、粒径大小和吸附温度与吸附效果呈显著性正相关,其最佳组合为浓度0.1%、颗粒直径0.25cm、吸附温度为20℃;
Chitin can be used for clearing lowdegree white liquor, it had advantages of easy operation, low cost and reuse in comparision with other ones. The results indicated that the function of chitin was dependent upon concertraion and graininess of chitin and tempereture under which chitin is effective. Cross tests proved that the optimal condition was concertration 0.4%, graininess 0.25 cm, temperature 20℃. Chitin could be reused for 3 ̄4 times if it was treated in proper method.
