摘要
经过3年多的研究,在原设计的棉苗营养钵移栽打穴机构的基础上,通过计算理论预期给定轨迹点Mi坐标数据、简化主体机构设计模型、修改目标函数,约束条件、优化电算、安装必要伺服机构、在主体机构连杆L上Mi点安装打穴筒,减小了打穴孔的椭圆度,提高了洞穴的直线度。
We have been studying for three years, now we design the more perfect machinery with less ovality and more straight cavith, through calculating the coordinate date of path of point Mi predict given by theory, changing objective function and constraint condition, optimum calculation, installing servomechanism, installing perforate barrel in point Mi of link L of main machinery.
