摘要
指出班轮公司战略联盟虽逐步走向成熟,但是战略联盟并非十分稳定。分析班轮运输联盟不稳定性的主要原因,并提出相应的防范措施。
The paper pointed out that regular ship stratagem alliance is growing up,but alliance is not stability.A liiance will disintegrate when it runs for a space, and the alliance members will processing reform. Then it anaiyzed the main reasons of regular ship alliance instability, and put forward the preventing measures.
