The paper firstly summarized the requirement of laws and regulations for the waters patrol carried by China MSA,and the current condition and methods of waters patrol, then analyzed the drawbacks nowadays, finally made a prospect of waters patrol of China MSA and brought out some advices with the considering of the need of waters patrol in the future.
